The Packaging Development Center is where a packaging concept becomes a validated design. In-house prototyping and accredited testing sit under one roof, so our consulting team can build, test, and refine a solution without leaving the building.
What the Packaging Development Center Does
The center pairs a full prototyping shop with an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratory. Concepts are cut and built on-site, screened with rapid preliminary testing on our sample table, then validated with full accredited testing before a design is recommended for production. That short build-test-refine loop is what lets us optimize cost, damage, and sustainability with confidence rather than assumption.

We prototype primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging across a wide range of materials and formats, cut on a Kongsberg CNC table and produced through 3D printing and our wood shop.
